Refund and Cancellation Policy
How payments, access periods, and refunds work at StanBaza.
1. Free trial first
We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. We encourage you to use it to decide whether StanBaza meets your needs.
2. Fixed access periods — no automatic renewal
Paid access is purchased for a fixed period (for example, one week or one month) as shown on the pricing page. Each payment grants access for that period only and does not renew automatically. There is no recurring subscription to cancel: your access simply ends when the paid period expires, unless you purchase a new period.
3. Requesting a refund
All refund requests are handled directly by us by email. To request a refund, contact team@aaagency.dev within 14 days of your payment, including the email address of your account and the payment reference (transaction hash). Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content and includes a free trial, payments are generally non‑refundable once access has started, except (a) where a refund is required by mandatory consumer‑protection law, or (b) at our reasonable discretion — for example, a clear payment error or a technical failure that prevented you from using the Service. Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method where possible.
4. Statutory withdrawal rights
Consumers in certain jurisdictions (e.g., the EU/EEA) may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services. Where you request immediate access and acknowledge that this may result in the loss of that withdrawal right once performance begins, that acknowledgement applies. This Policy does not limit any non‑waivable statutory rights.
5. Cryptocurrency payments
Payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, TRC‑20 network). Such transfers are, by their nature, irreversible and generally non‑refundable, except where required by law or approved at our discretion under Section 3. Please double‑check the exact amount and network before sending.
