Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the StanBaza service.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StanBaza website and services (the "Service"), operated by AAAgency ("StanBaza", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service; nature of the content
StanBaza is an information aggregation tool that collects publicly available real‑estate listings from third‑party sources and presents them in a consolidated, searchable form. StanBaza is not a real‑estate agency, broker, or party to any transaction, and does not own, verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing, price, availability, or advertiser. Listing data comes from third parties and may be inaccurate, outdated, or removed at any time; you verify any property and counterparty at your own risk. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, including data sources, at any time.
In particular, StanBaza is not a licensed real‑estate intermediary and is not entered in the Register of Real‑Estate Intermediaries (Registar posrednika u prometu i zakupu nepokretnosti) of the Republic of Serbia. We do not mediate, negotiate, view, or conclude any lease or sale, do not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants, and charge no commission on any transaction. Every listing links directly to its original source, where the third party hosts the full advertisement and handles all contact and dealings. The subscription fee is payment solely for the information‑society software service — aggregation, de‑duplication, filtering, translation, alerts, and analytics — and not for brokerage or intermediation of any kind.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account, and for providing accurate registration details. Notify us of any unauthorised use at team@aaagency.dev. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used unlawfully.
4. Free trial and paid access
New accounts may receive a limited free trial as described at sign‑up. Paid access is purchased for a fixed period (for example, one week or one month) as shown on the pricing page. Each payment grants access for that period only and does not renew automatically; access ends when the paid period expires unless you purchase a new period.
5. Payments
Payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, on the TRC‑20 network). Each payment is a one‑time charge for a fixed access period and is processed on the blockchain; StanBaza does not collect or store any card or bank details. Access is activated once the transfer is confirmed on the network. Please verify the exact amount and network before sending, as cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or in breach of third‑party rights; (b) copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or build a competing or derivative dataset from StanBaza's content or output; (c) use bots or automated means except as permitted; (d) circumvent access controls, authentication, or rate limits; (e) share, resell, or sublicense your account; (f) disrupt or overload the Service; or (g) attempt unauthorised access to any system or data.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, database, and compilation of listings, is owned by StanBaza or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal purposes under these Terms. Third‑party listing content remains the property of its respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non‑infringement, and uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any listing is accurate, current, available, or lawful.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StanBaza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or any listing. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding three (3) months or USD 20. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StanBaza and its operators from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms or where required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules, and the courts of the Republic of Serbia shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer‑protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email, and the date below will change. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
